Q. Why introduce an online account?

A. We print and send out over half a million monthly and quarterly accounts every year. We are always looking for savings so that we can continue to reduce prices and online accounts have the added benefit of being an environmentally friendly solution.

Q. Is it secure?

A. Yes. Your online account can only be accessed by you as long as you keep your name and password safe and give it to no-one else.

Q. Why is it only Broadband accounts that are online?

A. Our plan is to introduce online accounts for other services too. The process of moving accounts online is fairly complex so we are doing this step by step. We have started with Broadband because every customer already has online access.

Q. Can I receive my telephone bills online too?

A. This is something we are developing. At this stage, you will continue to receive your telephone bill by post.

Q. I want an online account but I need a printed document as well. How do I do this?

A. There is a print facility online so that you can have a paper copy of your account. This will print with all the important information you need if you wish to provide the copy for accounting purposes.

Q. Do I have to use a Cable & Wireless email address?

A. No, but we do need to know your preferred email address so we can send you an advisory email when the latest account information is online. You can do this very easily with the "forwarding" facility when you register.
