We’ve developed a secure and friendly way for you to review
your account and payments online. Customers who receive a separate
paper bill for their Broadband Anytime, Home & Connect
service will receive it entirely online. We’ll also send you
an advisory email whenever the latest billing details are
available. No more paper bills.
New customers will automatically move to the new online
system.
Through recent developments we’re able to do away with paper
bills and we can continue to do our bit for our local
environment.
If you are an existing customer and you currently receive a
separate bill for your Broadband service then you should receive an
information leaflet in your next bill that details the process
below to activate your online account.
If you have signed up during our current promotion
and you are still not paying any monthly charges then you will
receive the information with your first bill.
Please ensure you register to access your online account. It
is important that you only follow the registration process when you
receive the information leaflet as the bill that you receive at the
same time has the necessary registration information:
- Your account number as displayed on your bill
- The bill reference number stated on the bill. With these
details, you can now register online at www.cwgsy.net/mybill
Three easy steps to set up your online account.
1. Enter your usual cwgsy.net email address and
password

2. Enter your account number and August bill reference
number

3. Choose "forwarding" to receive our advisory email at
your preferred email address
